With expert knowledge of electronics technology and its implementation, J4intech helps entrepreneurs and investors by supplying technical and commercial due diligence and complementary consultancy services.

Principal Consultant

John Forshaw is an Electronics and Technology specialist, working with clients to enable them to achieve the performance and commercial objectives of their business and products.

A degree qualified chartered engineering professional with broad experience from design and manufacturing perspectives where he has worked as a technical consultant and manager. He has a background of R&D management, new product development, manufacturing, quality and project management.

John has worked for a range of companies from global organizations to SME’s in the commercial and military sectors, most recently as Director of R&D for a UK SME where he was heavily involved in setting up manufacturing in China.

He spent over 10 years working with an emerging company developing and applying novel InfraRed technology to commercial applications. During this time he held a number of senior management positions and supported the successful sale of the company to a multi-national US corporation.

Previously he worked for Motorola, interfacing between international development and manufacturing teams, with responsibility for new product introduction into manufacturing.

He is driven by seeing companies succeed in the realisation of products in efficient and cost effective ways, culminating in their acceptance by the final customer.

J4intech is based in the Cotswolds with easy communications to London, Oxford, Bristol and the Midlands. Even if you are located outside this area, please contact us to discuss your requirements as we are willing to travel to assist customers or work remotely where appropriate.
